Fast Track To Financial Management

We are in search of a qualified individual to join our management team as an Associate Partner at our Bismarck office, catering to Bismarck and the surrounding areas.

Our management program involves obtaining vital insurance and investment licenses, participating in our comprehensive paid training program, getting acquainted with New York Life's financial products, and building a client base as an agent and registered representative. Typically, the training and transition to management/partnership roles commence within a year.

Our industry-leading compensation and benefits offer ample opportunities for growth within the organization. Individuals with backgrounds in banking, business, financial services, insurance, leadership, and management are encouraged to apply. $80,000 - $100,000+ yearly

• Recruit and select new and experienced financial professionals for the Company
• Train and develop both existing and future financial professionals on the company’s sales processes and product portfolio
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and overall success

• Ability to recruit and develop a team of sales professionals
• Ability to leverage third-party recruiting, personal warm markets, and cold sources, including social media, job board resources, recruiting events and networking events, and referrals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Sales experience preferred
