Hopebridge Recovery is seeking a Clinical Director for their outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Cleveland, Ohio. The program provides PHP, IOP, and OP services to adults (18+).

You'll oversee clinical programming, staff supervision, and quality improvement plans while working closely with our Leadership team to shape administrative strategies. QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field.
• License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LCSW-S or LPC-S, LISW-S, LPPC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist (PsyD., PhD.) 
• Clinical supervision certification/ licensure required- MUST HAVE
• 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required.
• ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
• 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with startup organizations is preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to walk up and down stairs during emergency drills or situations.
