Job Description
Legal Assistant
Pay Rate: $19/hr. - $28/hr.
Location: Houston, Texas 77055
Hours: Contract; Monday- Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers with contracts and other documents related to land acquisition, title examination, and land finance.
- Organize and track information regarding real estate and commercial transactions.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports.
- Maintain and manage documents.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Experience as a legal assistant in a law firm or legal department handling real estate, land acquisition and development contracts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Proficiency in database and document management.
- Able to work in a time-sensitive environment.
