Overview:

AIMS Locum Tenens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) at Cannon Air Force Base. The successful candidate will provide critical readiness, recovery, and resiliency support to the 43d Intelligence Squadron, enhancing the mental and physical well-being of ISR operators.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient diagnosis and conduct physical, emotional, mental, and behavioral assessments.
Develop and administer individualized therapy and treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic medical systems.
Handle patient referrals and appointments efficiently, ensuring compliance with military healthcare standards.
Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
Offer counseling and intervention services to address a variety of issues, including stress management, sleep enhancement, and chronic pain management.
Prepare and deliver briefings on behavioral health trends and issues, recommending actions to mitigate adverse effects.
Participate in and conduct training sessions aimed at mitigating high operational tempos and related stressors.
Maintain compliance with military-specific training and Intelligence Oversight regulations.

Qualifications:

Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from a CSWE-accredited institution.
Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory.
Minimum three years of post-licensure clinical experience within the past five years, covering the full scope of clinical social work practices.
Proficiency in using PCs, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
