Inhouse Field Service Advisor

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Wage: $28 - $36 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties of the In house field service advisor:

• Handle service and troubleshooting inquiries, offering effective solutions to client issues
• Demonstrate expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment aspects
• Manage document files using Adobe Acrobat for client communication
• Utilize company intranet for troubleshooting and support
• Oversee parts orders and coordinate shipments via FedEx or UPS
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production team
• Support new client installations and work with strategic partners
• Provide phone coverage during absences and lunch breaks
• Assist outside sales team with equipment-related customer service
• Organize job files and customer records
• Identify system replacement opportunities and collaborate with engineering for enhancements

Requirements of the In house field service advisor:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat for file creation
• Previous field service technician experience is required
• Mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical knowledge is advantageous
