VP, Account Management

rEvolution is seeking a VP, Account Management to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Head of Account Management and Integrated Solutions, you will be vital in driving the successful growth, development, planning and execution of our client programs while working as a leader within the Account Management group.

You Will:

• Be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth 
• Manage responsibilities of rEvolution account management staff and provide performance feedback 
• Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives. 
  • Manage execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities
• Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including, maintain program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting 
• Ensure client scope renewal and year-over-year program growth 

You Have:

• 15+ years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or property.
• Past experience working within and/or supporting Automotive clients. 
• Ability to travel as necessary to align with client programming and planning meetings offsite.
• Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design 

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago OR Detroit office, but has a global reach.
