Job Description

Material Handler: Janesville, Wisconsin

Our customer in Janesville, Wisconsin is a leading manufacturer of plastic glazing products. For over 50 years, they have been recognized for innovation, quality, and durability. They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Material Handler:

Visually inspects finished goods for quality and alert extrusion operator of any defects
Tape, package, and stack finished good
Keep count of finished goods and label
Assist extrusion operators when needed
Grind scrap material as needed
Comply with all safety and health regulations
Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and / or materials used in area
Maintain cleanliness in work area
Participate in physical inventory counts as needed

Material Handler Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work on a team
Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
Forklift experience preferred

Pay for Material Handler: $19.00/hour, based on experience.
