Position Title: Nurse Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a House Supervisor to join our team. The House Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations in the nursing department, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise residential staff: Lead and manage a team of nursing staff members

2. Ensure compliance: Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards, including those related to health, safety, and confidentiality.

3. Crisis management: Serve as a point of contact for nursing staff and residents during emergencies or crises, implementing appropriate protocols and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in the facility.

4. Administrative duties: Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation to support the efficient operation of the facility.

Qualifications:

• RN License in good standing
• Experience working in a substance abuse treatment facility or similar residential setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and handle crisis situations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to substance abuse treatment facilities.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
