Salary Range: Starting $ 25.30 (with final pay negotiable based on experience)

The Ideal candidate will have proven experience in at least three of the below categories
· Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of hand tools and their proper use.
· Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of power tools and their proper use.
· Experience working with Hydraulic components, must be able to make hydraulic hoses.
· Proven experience in welding and burning efficiently.
· Machining experience with drive shafts, weldments, or other machined assemblies.
Responsibilities
· Maintain Mill equipment by making necessary repairs, rebuilds as required.
· Lubricate mill equipment per manufactures specifications.
· Must be able to read blueprints.
· Must be able to operate forklift, man-lift, and other mobile equipment as required.
· Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
· Must perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
· Experience with new equipment installations preferred, but not required.
Qualifications or Requirements
- Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical Millwright experience preferred; but not required.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred; but not required.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs., twist and turn, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and work overhead as required.
- This is permanent direct hire position; all considered applicants must pass background and substance screening.
