BELLAMI CONSUMER CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION
Position Summary:
The Consumer Customer Service Representative is an entry level customer service position for the consumer clip in department, this position ensures we are assisting certified stylists, salons and mainly consumers by providing a world-class level of customer service. This individual will help aid the consumer customer service team via calls, emails, texts and chats.
Professional Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Ensure they are providing an elevated experience to our consumer clientele
- Help improve customer satisfaction and other customer metrics in the consumer department
- Improve performance in Call Resolution for consumer clients
- Assist professional and consumer customers through all CSR devices (calls, texts, emails, chats)
- Use customer insight to report feedback to the Customer Service Manager, Supervisor and or Consumer Lead
-Assist in any projects that will positively impact the Customer Service Team
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1–2 years of Customer Service experience
- Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within the customer service department protocols.
- Designated work schedule: Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm
- Must be open to work Saturdays or Sundays
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk
- Excellent computer skills
- Skilled at providing alternative solutions to customers
