About the Opportunity

Argen Marketing Interns will support our marketing initiatives and gain valuable hands-on experience. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and brand positioning efforts for key business units and brands within our organization. This internship is designed to challenge and develop your technical and business skills while providing exposure to real-world marketing practices.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Conducts thorough market research in collaboration with field selling teams and key customers to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Creates comprehensive competitive comparisons by analyzing key business units and brands to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develops compelling selling sheets with articulate talking points tailored to key business units and brands, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to build and refine brand positioning strategies for key business units and brands, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to be successful?

• Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a 4-year degree, advanced degree, or trade school certification.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Willingness to work on-site with no hybrid options available.
• Proactive approach with a high energy level and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in both team-oriented environments and independent work settings.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, involvement in community service, or receipt of other relevant awards.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to learn technical concepts by reading work instructions and standard operating procedures and completing on-the-job training.
