Cable and PCB Electronic General Assembly

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assemble electronic products with supervision to IPC 610 or IPC 620 standards per Process Details, customer drawings and documentation in one or a combination of the following: cable harness, coax, ribbons, externals, cable prep tinning, pre-wave, stuffing line area. This may involve hand soldering and repetitive work of Through Hole and SMT components.

Additional Responsibilities:
Familiarize in IPC-620, IPC-610 standards and/or MIL SPEC standards.
Become proficient in names of tools used in general assembly and their use.
Become proficient in component identification and application.
Identify opportunities for continuous process and quality improvements.
Comply with all safety recommendations and requirements.
Comply with all ESD requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
