SENIOR LYOPHILIZATION SCIENTIST OR ENGINEER

This is a unique and exciting position. Company looking for a scientist or engineer with extensive experience in aseptic/sterile lyophilization manufacturing and development work for cells, blood, biologics, peptides, and tissues. Looking for someone who is an expert in lyophilization specifically in keeping biological materials and cells viable.

Senior role in small to medium scale lyophilization manufacturing.

This position focuses on your skills as a lyophilization expert with biological and synthetic materials, but you will also work in different scientific and engineering fields to find solutions, develop processes, and help facilitate product creation with the team.

Must have engineering or scientific background as this position is emersed in many technical fields where they will have to learn new skills to work with the team and add input and experience to the discussions and product development.

Must have a passion for science and enjoy solving problems and developing processes.

Be able to write technical reports, processes, SOPs, validations, develop and complete batch records.

Address and resolve technical challenges related to lyophilization, fill/finish, and develop plans for and execute process validation.

Develop processes and procedures and teach team and develop their training programs.

Will pay more for Seniors Scientists who have Senior knowledge of lyophilization, as well as Tangential Flow Filtration, chromatography, Microfluidics, Nano fiber electrospinning, or Peptide Synthesis.
