Sales and Production Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment.
2. Serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
3. Comply with all cash handling and security standards as relates to cash register operations.
4. Stock merchandise on the retail floor as directed, always maintaining proper categories and colorization.
5. Straighten and maintain the clothing racks and shelving as assigned.
6. Remove old merchandise from the retail sales floor as assigned.
7. Assist in cleaning and general maintenance of store property.
8. Immediately report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and any unsafe equipment or conditions to management.
9. Maintain a clean and clutter free work area.
10. Answer telephone calls in an efficient, friendly, professional manner.
11. Handle all donations with care.
12. Other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor, Store Supervisor, and/or Administrator.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, beneficiaries, donors and customers.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Ability to understand and follow directions.
5. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
6. Ability to lift 35 pounds.
