Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a highly detailed safety conscious Material Handler/Machine Operator to join our enterprise Fortune 500 Chemical Distribution team. You will be a good fit for the role if you have experience batching, blending or mixing product in a manufacturing setting. Some forklift experience is a plus as well.
Hours/Pay:
- Monday-Friday 5AM to 1:30PM, some OT possible
- Pay is starting at $22/hr
Description:
- Looking for this person to start as soon as possible
- Warehouse exp preferred; batching, blending exp a plus
- Working in blend room (handling of product, citric acid, no hazardous and food grade items)
- Loading and unloading trucks and staging products.
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
- You will work in comfortable climate controlled environment- Food grade room
- PPE must be worn (Tyvek suit and eye wear provided by client) candidates need to have steel toed boots
- Daily cleanings - Will follow master cleaning schedule to keep environment clean and
- Training will be for 2 days before hitting the floor
- Operating sit down forklift to move product
- Operate production machinery
- Stock and replenish product on shelves as needed
Requirements:
- Standing, lifting, Attendance, Cleanliness, and good rule followers. Tons of training involved, both classroom and hands on.
