HR TA Specialist (Contract)

Position Responsibilities

· Must have in depth knowledge of sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Social Media

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and applicant tracking systems

· Demonstrated knowledge with full-life cycle recruitment process, including the development and execution of attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, onboarding and acquisition strategies for high quality candidates

· Deep understanding of sourcing candidates through various means and channels

· Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations

· High level of professionalism, personal integrity, dependability and energy

· Excellent interpersonal skills and “customer focus” with ability to interact positively with all levels of a rapidly growing geographically dispersed organization

· Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills

· High level of attention to detail/accuracy

· Effective organizational and time management skills

· Ability to adjust to operational needs as they arise

· Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job

· Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Education

• High school or GED equivalent
• Degree in Business or Human Resources related field preferred
