CENTRAL SUPPLY COORDINATOR PART-TIME 20 HOURS

McGregor PACE, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE site), has an employment opportunities for an extremely organized part-time Central Supply Coordinator.

We are seeking qualified candidates with excellent customer service skills and proven purchasing experience in a nursing home/hospital environment. The incumbent in this position will perform all duties pertaining to purchasing, receiving, storing and disbursement of approved supplies.

Job Requirements: Must possess excellent customer service and computer skills to manage a high volume of phone calls with timely follow up on supply orders and requests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receives deliveries into building, checking packing slips on purchase orders to for discrepancies.
Organize and coordinate functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facilities
Maintain the Central Supply area in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates and restocking routinely.
Ensure needed supplies are delivered as ordered, in good condition and timely
Restock storage areas, according to the par levels, proactively managing product needs throughout the facility or for consumers, updating status continually.
Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of equipment as requested
Maintain a supply requisition system to monitor product utilization and abuse.
Implement and maintain established Facility’s departmental policies and procedures to assure compliance with requirements for regulatory agencies.
Perform other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Familiarity with inventory tracking and receiving systems, the use of purchase orders, bills offloading, freight bills
Must be organized and conscientious.
Must be computer literate.
Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Physical requirements include lifting, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling
Valid Ohio driver license. Drug screen, physical, background check
