Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead, Bilingual – Third-party logistics company seeks a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead to oversee the shipping and receiving team at their facility in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a full-time opportunity paying $19 an hour, depending on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday, plus overtime on the weekends, as needed. Plus, upon direct hire, you will be eligible for great company benefits.

As the Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead, you will be expected to plan, organize, and direct the activities of warehouse associates and:

• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
• Foster an environment of Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and reduce costs.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse associates and provide associate feedback, as needed.
• Assist in Training and motivating subordinates to enhance performance.

To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of shipping, receiving and warehouse supervisory or lead experience and:

• Strong computer skills.
• A Forklift Certification.
• Speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Prior multi-customer facility experience.
