Job description
Responsibilities:
Utility Bill Support Representative will be responsible for monitoring a shared email inbox, validating utility invoices, contacting utility vendors, managing a ticketing system, providing prompt and concise responses to clients, and facilitating communication between various internal departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, basic Excel proficiency, strong communication abilities, the ability to learn quickly, and flexibility in adapting to shifting responsibilities.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in utility bill management, customer support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting responsibilities.
- Excellent task prioritization skills and the ability to work independently without a defined process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and experience with Mac systems is preferred.
