About Us: MJ Morgan Group is seeking a motivated Manager to join our team. We're passionate about quality and innovation in manufacturing and distribution, and we're looking for individuals who share our dedication.
Job Information: Handling metal parts and other materials to ensure smooth operations in a metal plating facility. Handling materials, performing quality checks, other tasks as assigned.
Communication skills are a must. Will be leading an entire shift at a metal plating company.
Shift:
1st: Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm
2nd: Monday - Friday: 2pm - 10pm
3rd: Sunday - Thursday: 10pm - 6am
Payrate:
Offered by hiring team after interview process.
Contract/On-Boarding Process:
Temp-to-Hire - Resume and Interview Required

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age!
- Previous manufacturing/ distribution or warehouse experience required.
- Leadership in MFG/Warehouse or distribution required.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
