Insurance Sales Agent

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified individual to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred. Insurance training provided.). $1500 signing bonus for licensed P/C & L/H team members. Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property and Casualty license (or must be able to obtain)
