General Accounting Clerk

Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson is seeking a skilled General Accountant with experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our team.

Position: General Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)

Location: Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson, Knoxville, TN

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day AP and AR functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
• Perform AR duties, including invoicing, tracking customer payments, and collections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in AP and AR functions preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
