Custodian of Records
The Office of the Missouri Attorney General has an opening for a Custodian of Records in its Jefferson City office. The qualified applicant should have a post-secondary degree, such as a paralegal degree, Associates degree, or Bachelor's degree, or have the equivalent as demonstrated through training and experience. Lack of a post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking skills, familiarity with legal citations and research tools, and experience using Word and Excel. The candidate should be self-directed and be adept at learning document management systems. Previous experience with Missouri's public records laws and working with constituents is preferred.
