Job Description
Company Overview:
- This is a building materials company servicing builders, remodelers, and homeowners
What is Being Offered:
- Flexible compensation, $60K-$85K base + bonus

What the Position is About:
- Analyze blueprints for construction projects and create material quotes
- Perform material take-offs for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects
- Write scopes of work and assess plans to develop labor pricing
- Discuss project requirements with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Solicit bids from vendors for various products
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience reading residential and commercial blueprints and specifications
- Estimating experience within the building materials industry
- Preferred knowledge of windows & doors, cabinets, trim, lumber, etc.
