What is the opportunity?

Utilizing house plans, create various material take off lists (bills of material) for all items supplied by TIS except for wall & truss designs. Take offs are to be designed for repeated use

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Read & interpret architectural plans.
  • Create material lists that follow company standards & expectations.
  • Organize material lists and be able to communicate info to data entry.
  • Review new house orders and determine if additional info is required to create accurate material lists.
  • Work with Production Design Engineers to ensure complete material requirements are being supplied.
  • Learn to identify various Toll Brothers, Inc product lines and understand how they differ and how they are the same. Leading to organized material lists.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, continuous improvement, and quality operating systems
  • Basic technical and troubleshooting ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
