What You Will Do
  • Development, analysis, and completion of material proposals
  • Evaluation of material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and programs with cross-functional teams
  • Use of company estimating and pricing tools and systems
  • Development of Material Basis of Estimates, including tracking progress, validating supplier quotes, analyzing purchase order history, maintaining consistency across the program, and verifying estimating approach
  • Compliance of proposals with FAR and internal requirements
  • Development and implementation of material package solutions
  • Analysis of inputs supporting material estimates

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excel experience including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
