Are you looking for a career in a skilled role with limited to no experience? Are you experienced with woodworking and want to expand and grow your career? We are opening a Brand New Closet Factory location and we are looking to build our core team!

Most of our projects are made using the 32mm system and range from simple closet systems to ultra-custom cabinetry with custom finishes. Our factory manufactures individual designs. We do not create prefab systems, and our methods enable us to produce our systems efficiently and train workers to specialize in more than one area.

Custom storage systems are a booming industry, so we offer consistent year-round work. Each factory team member learns more than one station so they understand the entire process of making custom closets and cabinets. Whether you build drawers, operate a CNC panel saw or work in the custom finishing department; the variety of equipment and team mission of providing the highest quality products offers fun and challenges as you learn to master them all.

Machine operators are exposed to cut sheets, interact with our Installers, perform quality control duties and more. As each factory worker understands the inner workings of our various departments, they can carve out a path for potential advancement.. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieve and maintain key performance targets 
• Reduce rework and insure efficient production flow
• Report any missing/damaged materials that will not allow parts to be ready per scheduled completion date
• Insure all parts are ready by scheduled completion date
• Insure all job carts are well identified with client name/number displayed for Installation Team
• Make sure all shop equipment is maintained 
• keep shop clean and well organized

Requirements:

• Experience with basic hand tools
• 1 year of production cabinetry or similar experience (preferred but not required)
• Must be able to work M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Pass criminal background check
• Valid IN drivers license 
• Must have reliable transportation.
• be able to lift up to 50 lbs
