Artist Series Production Assistant

Victus Sports is looking for an entry level artist who has a desire to grow both as an artist and skilled painter. You'll be working on customizing baseball bats with a range of designs and colors, using diverse spray techniques and equipment. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, follow instructions to bring new designs to life and adapt to new challenges. Job Duties:

• Diligently follow instructions to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects.
• Apply basic knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs.
• Utilize HVLP spray equipment proficiently for painting tasks.
• Utilize chemicals and paint to fulfill custom bat orders.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in the finished products.
• Assist in the daily production of bats (sanding, boning and finishing).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards and efficient workflow.
• Cut vinyl and prepare the workstation for assigned projects.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
