Each day the global auction platform unleashes an ever-changing assortment of art, jewelry, fashion, collectibles, antiques and more, all with a starting bid of $1.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Home Services to set and drive our national strategy, including creating and managing the budget and making the necessary investments to align the organization with its vision for its Home Services needs.You will be responsible for optimizing the success of our ecosystem by developing and delivering strategic/innovative business plans focused on acquiring, converting and retaining key home services partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to travel nationwide up to 75% to execute this strategy.

EBTH just celebrated its largest and most successful year. This position has full P&L ownership over the home services team and third party partnerships. This position will own the entire funnel developing strategies and KPIs through each phase of the customer journey. IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree required.  MBA or other post graduate business-related qualifications preferred.
• 10+ years professional experience, ideally in a strategic planning / sales or marketing management role.
• Experience in a global business with global scope of role a plus.
• Experience in leading change management and communication at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to leverage strategic and analytical skill-set; creates, understands and uses data to back business decisions that impact the growth and scale of the business.
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive multiple high profile and complex projects simultaneously.
• Effectively communicates and drives objectives and initiatives to a diverse team including internal senior management, clients and administrative staff.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and interactive skills in order to foster team initiatives and mitigate conflict, while cultivating a positive culture across the teams and company.
•  Strong business and financial acumen to present issues clearly and concisely, both  verbally and in writing.
• Creative problem solver able to deal with change in a proactive and positive manner.
• Superior communication skills, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment - both individually and as a member of a team.

People Management

● Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.

● Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

● Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations and feedback.

● Continually develops direct reports and broader teams.

● Addresses performance concerns as needed or required.
