REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service. Lending experience is preferred. Familiarity with Symitar, Tax Analysis software and Laser Pro is a plus.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, a professional image, and be self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Must be able to build relationships in the community and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Closing, funding and servicing all commercial loan types.
- Inputs approved loans into the LaserPRO loan documenting system. Reviews loan documents with loan officers and updates file as needed prior to loan funding.
- Works closely with the Commercial Loan Officer’s, Senior Credit Analyst, and Vice President of Commercial Lending keeping interested parties informed during the process.
- Closing and funding loans.
- Insurance verification and servicing.
- Inputs tracking records and tracking for loan covenants.
- Servicing of booked loans.
- Post closing file maintenance – reviews documents after closing for completion.
- Scanning and filing as needed.
- Collateral inspections and USDA Reporting requirements.
- Represents the Credit Union with honesty, integrity and trust at all times.
- Adheres to established internal policies and procedures for compliance. Completes required compliance training in a timely manner and complies with all regulations within scope of the position.
- Adheres to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act and anti-money laundering regulations.

- Ensure good working relationships with Members, and credit union staff.

- Promote First Community through using FCCU products and cross selling products and services.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently, is self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Follows the credit union’s Member Service Standards and Telephone Etiquette.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Potential exposure to the threat of violence at any time.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time may be required.
- Repetitive motions and extensive keyboarding may be required.
