Senior Video Producer

Job Description:

The Sonlife Broadcasting Network is seeking a skilled and creative Video Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Video Producer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, producing, and editing video content that aligns with our mission and resonates with our diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with our production team to bring ideas to life and ensure high-quality productions that engage, inform, and inspire viewers

Responsibilities:

-          Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging video concepts and storylines.

-          Plan and organize video shoots, including script development, location scouting, and scheduling.

-          Oversee all aspects of video production, including directing talent, operating cameras, and managing lighting and sound.

-          Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard editing software.

-          Ensure all video content meets the highest standards of quality and consistency with the SBN brand.

-          Work closely with other members of the production team to achieve project goals.

-          Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.

-          Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance the quality of our video productions.

Qualifications: 

-          Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, Communications, or related field would be considered but not prioritized.

-          3+ years of experience as a Video Producer in broadcast television or digital media.

-          Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.

-          Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.

-          Excellent technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.

-          Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual composition and graphic design.

-          Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
