Quality Control Technician
- $21 to $26 Hourly

- Inspects facility and equipment before production begins
- Conducts ATP and Environmental swabbing on equipment to identify bacteria count
- Calibrates thermometers
- Conducts N60 Testing and GMP inspections
- Records CCP temperature data
- Completes QC Daily Checklists for all products packed
- Use of Alchemy System, PowerPoint and/or written SOPs
- Assists QC Supervisor in maintaining BRC Standards, facilitating third party audits, help manage the school lunch program, and as needed on other projects/tasks
- Ensures all ACM employees are following prescribed procedures
- Observes safety and security procedures; Uses equipment and materials properly; Reports potentially unsafe conditions
- Reads and follows safety guidelines as instructed by Job Hazard Analysis
- Reviews email and voice messages; Prioritizes daily workload; Responds to questions and solves problems
- Informs QC Supervisor of whereabouts, attendance, and activities; Proactively identifies problems and potential problems, and offers possible solutions
- Maintains a working knowledge of and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Adheres to ACM Policies and Procedures; Upholds and supports ACM’s organizational goals and values
- Assists other employees as needed for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities
- 1+ years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
- Experience using various measuring tools and equipment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
