Job Overview: ABA Effects Autism Clinic seeks a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will design and supervise behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. This role involves working collaboratively with families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement effective treatment plans that foster positive behavior change and skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and design behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and train RBTs and ensure the high-quality implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals, modifying plans as necessary.
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of clients as needed.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, including treatment plans, progress reports, and billing information.
- Lead ongoing training and professional development sessions for staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional regulatory standards.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Master’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an autism clinic setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in using technology for telehealth, data collection, and communication.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
