• A competitive salary ranging from $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills.
• Ability to independently manage components of deals and work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibility in leanly structured deal teams, ensuring high levels of partner and client contact.
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
