Business Analyst - 53080

We have an immediate long term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Business Analyst, to work in Cleveland, Ohio or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the migration to the Anaplan Sales Performance Management Platform and the setup of the Commercial Facing Project Management suite Leankor, which is built on Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the migration to Anaplan and the setup of Leankor.
• Analyzing business processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Working with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
• Documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Participating in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Utilizing Jira Agile Scrum methodology to manage project tasks, sprints, and backlogs effectively.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Jira Agile Scrum.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of Anaplan or similar Sales Performance Management platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
