Job description

Pre-IPO company looking to grow its sales team with medical device sales reps experienced in the VA and currently located in WV or VA.


This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute during a critical growth phase. A dynamic travel schedule and flexible approach are essential, as youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in shaping the companyโ€™s success. With the potential for equity and significant professional growth, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.


Geography: Territory includes all VAMCs, CBOCs, and DoD facilities as well as private practice clinics in Huntington, Beckley, Clarksburg, Richmond and surrounding areas. Role requires 50โ€“75% travel to support business growth and flexibility.


Comp: $95-100K base, FYE $200K+.

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE Experience calling on Physicians, Therapists, and Prosthetics in the VA
  • MUST HAVE: Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college
  • Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience with a proven record
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time via car and air
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working directly with patients and patient advocacy groups in their territory
  • Seeking candidates with stable employment history. Minimum requirement: 2 years in current role.
