Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

Zip Code: Houston, TX 77081 | Location: Southwest Houston

Employment Type: Seasonal | Workplace Type: On-site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; possible rotating weekends

Salary: $17.00 an hour

We are seeking several Customer Service Representatives to come join this team by assisting and providing opportunities for their customers to reduce or pay off outstanding debts. Apply today!

Customer Service Representative’s Responsibilities:

Provide Collection support for government clients, taxes, traffic citations, parking tickets and tolls
Professionally handle calls while maintaining both client and firm’s standards
Maintain a large volume of inbound calls.
Resolve disputes and collect balance or set up an payment plans.

Customer Service Representative’s Qualifications:

Previous call center experience
High school diploma or GED
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
