EMI Account Executive
- $50,000 Yearly (plus commission)

What You Will Do:
At EMI, we pride ourselves on continuous evolution. We’re seeking a qualified Account Executive to help be the driving force behind constant business growth. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Position Responsibilities:
- Grow regional sales by successfully meeting planned sales goals
- Create and grow a client portfolio through cold calling and maintaining relationships with customers/clients to their satisfaction
- Spearhead sales process including sourcing new leads, navigating the C-suite, scheduling meetings, negotiating deals and closing new and repeat business with customers
- Assist in implementing sales strategies for team
- Assist with sales pipeline management
- Create estimates and assist in processing sales orders
- Responsible for educating and advising clients about new services offered
- Monitor national trends in the industry and recommend strategies for pursuing new business opportunities
- Import completed orders into EMI’s CRM and ensure data integrity of EMI’s CRM
- Thoroughly learn about EMI’s products, mission, and business model
- Compile data as needed for internal teams to reflect and react to client needs
Who You Are:
- BA or BS degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields from an accredited four-year university required
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- Comfortable cold calling and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers
- Ability to perceive and interpret the customers’ requirements/demand and build a strong rapport
- Strong analytical, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive work style
- Ability to make market-informed recommendations
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Highly resourceful team player
- Ability to prioritize one's own workload and to work without close supervision
- Working knowledge of the digital electronic media landscape, process and deliverables a plus
