Residential Irrigation Technician

$25.00 per hour + Commission + Bonuses

The Sprinkler Squad provides irrigation repair, upgrade, and installation services to residential clients and we are currently hiring residential irrigation technicians.

We provide our Sprinkler Specialists with everything they will need to be successful in front of a client and successful at this job, from mobile tablets for each tech to a van stocked with everything you will need to complete the job the first time.

One (1) year of relevant irrigation experience is required

Sprinkler Specialists are the heart of our growing company. You will complete sprinkler system activations, repairs, maintenance, and winterizations. You will learn our processes and will provide our clients with an in-depth analysis of their sprinkler systems and a plan on how to increase efficiency and decrease water waste.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

• Completing sprinkler system analysis
• Repairing broken sprinkler heads, nozzles, piping, controllers, etc.
• Building and presenting estimates to clients for repairs/ efficiency upgrades
• Maintaining accurate inventory on your assigned truck
• Submitting proper documentation back to supervisors

• Year-round salary (starting 2nd season)

Additional Job duties will include but are not limited to;

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work van

• Inventorying van at the end of the workweek

• Completing in-house training once a month

Basic Requirements

• one (1) Year Experience

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License

• Clean MVR

• Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)

• Highly Motivated
