Job Description:

As a Remote Online Customer Support Specialist for Rutjens Construction, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers through various online channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and maintain a positive relationship with clients. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner

- Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met

- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a customer support specialist or similar role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
