Corporate Housing Director

Arkansas Suites is the relocation and temporary housing department within Tuggle Services, Inc. In this role you will engage prospective customers to qualify and fulfill our temporary, corporate housing needs. You are a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. You’ll work closely with the members of Apartment Hunters (our relocation service) to ensure the success of the Department.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests with urgency and professionalism via telephone and email while providing a sense of “concierge” service to guests and clients
• Identify available apartments which best fit clients needs
• Prepare best pricing options for clients based on client’s needs and desires
• Work with communities to ensure apartments are ready for client move-in
• Create and send lease agreements to clients
• Work with Moving Supervisor regarding furniture placement
• Send move-in information to guests
• Periodically check-in with guests to ensure everything is going smoothly with their stay
• In coordination with guest services, report any maintenance requests to communities and follow-up on work orders to ensure work has been completed
• Market available units accordingly when they are available
• Monitor and check bills that need to be paid
• Write monthly checks to apartment communities
• Visit apartment communities periodically
• Other various duties

Pay: $45,000 base plus commission (potential income $60k - $70k)
