Logistic Coordinator - HYBRID

We are current seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, Logistics Coordinator with a strong entrepreneurial drive to join our growing team. Working with quality contract carriers and warehousing throughout the country to assist our customers with our white glove service. We are looking for people who are driven by success and results. You work best independently as well as with a team and elevating those around you. With a strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency you will ensure all carriers are satisfied and the job gets done. Multitasking and strong communication skills are essential to the success of your business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Representing our company from the front lines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with shipment scheduling and provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their shipments.
• Monitor and update third party carriers (freight forwarding). Obtains timely updates from the carriers to ensure loads are in the proper status.
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and imaged.
• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers to secure competitive rates and terms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, transportation, or business-related degree
• Minimum of one year in third party transportation experience, freight forwarding, non-asset-based experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, TMS software)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and comfortability working with executives.
• Ability to problem solve and work cross functionally.
