Job Description

Family-owned and operated small business in New Hope, employing around 15 people

Job Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of tasks, including aluminum screen enclosures, porch window installations, and screen porch repairs
Solve unique challenges daily using problem-solving skills
Work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional Saturday shifts available
Ability to travel in company vehicles daily

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Basic mechanical aptitude skills
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license with minimal offenses
2+ years of driving experience

Desired Qualifications:

2-year technical college degree
Carpentry or window installation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
Light manufacturing experience
Desire to grow with the company
