YOUR SCHEDULE

In this kitchen staff role, shifts are typically 5 hours with a usual work week being 3-5 days.

YOUR DAY

As a Dishwasher - Steward at our gorgeous hotel, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our food service department. Without the dedicated efforts of our dishwashing team, our kitchen crew would be unable to keep up with the demands of our guests. You are the backbone of our operation, tirelessly clearing tables and bringing tubs of used dishes to the kitchen. You take pride in your ability to quickly and efficiently scrape, rinse, and wash each dish, ensuring that they are sparkling clean and ready for use. From delicate wine glasses to oversized stock pots, you handle each piece with care, making sure that every item shines. Once cleaned, you take the initiative to stack or restock the dishes, enabling our bussers to set tables and our food service crew to plate meals.
