Join us at Top Flight Maintenance as a Janitorial Crew Worker and play a vital role in maintaining impeccable commercial spaces!

Keep commercial buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform light and heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning & maintaining floors, restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and showers, washing walls/doors and glass, and removing trash. Duties include communication and coordination with crew members and management about cleaning activities and needs related to supplies, equipment and maintenance. Some positions require safety certification testing.

DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES

• Service, clean, and supply break rooms, restrooms, locker room and showers
• Wipe/Dust desks and tables in office and reception areas
• Clean walls & doors as needed.
• Clean floors & stairs by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gather and dispose of trash or waste materials
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
• Notify lead/supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Notify lead/supervisor of supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Confer with coworkers to coordinate maintenance or cleaning activities
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment
• Wipe/dust furniture, walls and fixtures
• Maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Some positions require safety certification testing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No felony record & Drug-free status
• 1-2 years of Janitorial/Cleaning experience required
• (IMPORTANT) 3 professional references must be included in your resume

SALARY & WORK SCHEDULE

• $18-$20/Hr (Depending on Experience)
• Part Time hours
• Monday-Friday
