CMP Industries LLC is a major manufacturer of dental materials and equipment for prosthetic dentistry for over 60 years.We specialize in CAD-CAM and prosthetic dental materials such as alloys, acrylics, investments, duplicating materials, impression trays, denture teeth and abrasives.
Job description:
Responsible for processing the orders; handling the daily call; managing stress of customers; and assisting the work
Job Responsibility:
1. Processing orders
2. Handle the daily call
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, etc.
4. Assistant work, assisting in the completion of partial entry
5. Have a thorough knowledge of available products and operation procedures.
Job requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Strong proficiency on the computer
3. Spanish would be a plus, and to be able to manage stress of possible irate customer(s).
4. Some experience would be preferred.
