We are seeking a PART-TIME Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team.
This position is 25 hours per week, M-F. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours for this position can be set at any time between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This job is IN PERSON at West Chester PA with no remote work.
The salary offer is dependent upon experience and paid by-weekly.
Duties and task are as follows:
1. Generate and process customer invoices
2. Email invoices and tracking numbers to customers
3. File invoices and back orders
4. Generate daily sales reports & updating
5. Generate other relevant reports and update associated spreadsheets
6. Process credit and debit memos
7. Monitor aging analysis & AR collection follow-up
10. Prepare check deposits and record payments into accounting software
11. Maintain and update company files
12. Assist Bookkeeper with maintaining the financial records and the day-to-day transactions of the company.
13. Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting, Finance or other related fields is a must
· Knowledge of Standard accounting procedures
· Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
· Basic math and clerical skills
· Organization skills and attention to detail
