Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.

About this role: This is a bachelor's level role of building skills with youth aged 12-18 on an individual and group basis. The population is adolescent females in a residential setting. There is opportunity to guide youth through building effective coping and management skills to improve their life functioning.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following county: Johnson

Hours are M-F 11am-7pm with flexible scheduling available and some weekends needed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Skills training 1:1 and in group settings with client in a residential setting.
  • Completion of documentation in a timely manner.
  • Complete quarterly treatment plan review with clients.
  • Manage and maintain clients' charts, complete case management, and perform scheduled assessments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
  • Previous experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills
