Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate for this role will play a pivotal role in driving process improvement, enhancing documentation standards, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business needs, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Location - Work from home or if in Phoenix area hybrid work from home / office (Scottsdale, Arizona)  

• Lead the process setting and documentation efforts to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to translate business requirements into user stories, tickets, and actionable tasks.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business needs, objectives, and challenges of the organization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. 
• Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering techniques, and documentation standards.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
