Leasing Agent
If you are an individual who can complete tasks successfully with little supervision, well organized, and enjoying providing great customer experience then we are interested in you. Must have one year of Leasing or Property Management Experience and exceptional Customer Service skills.
Qualifications Required:
Background Requirements- Standard 7 year; NO FELONIES; NO THEFT
Drug Screen Requirements - 5 Panel; NO THC-No exceptions
What Matters Most:
- Leasing Agent P/T - $18/hr. - will work Monday/Friday and 1 additional day during the week
- Schedule 10 am -5 pm
- Start giving tours at 10 am
- Could potentially go to 'Floater' status - 3 days at SoCO and 2 days at another First Communities property.
- Weekly schedule could fluctuate.
Your New Role:
- Managing all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database.
- Marketing all rental listings through open houses and individual showings.
- Negotiating lease terms with landlords and property management companies.
- Coordinating and scheduling lease applications and adhering to compliance requirements.
- Executing new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
- Preparing all lease-related paperwork.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic.
- Managing regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Managing broker commissions.
- Responding to queries/leads and conducting property inspections.
- Supporting legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
