Job Description
Dealership Accounting Clerk
Fast paced and growing Killeen dealership is looking for an enthusiastic result driven Accounting Clerk with Dealership Accounting experience to join our organization.Candidate must have great organization skills, detail-oriented, and a dedicated team player.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Entering and paying vendor invoices.
- Reconciling all vendor accounts, factory accounts and intercompany A/P
- Reconciling and paying corporate credit cards
- Producing 1099's
- Process incoming payments for accounts
- Posting and recording A/R data
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
- Address discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain payments and collections due on invoices.
Work Experience:
- 1+ years in an A/P A/R role; dealership experience preferred.
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Customer Service oriented
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Drug test and criminal background check required.
